About us

WorkPan is a CRM for service centres and repair shops. We started writing it for our own workshop, when spreadsheets stopped coping with our records, and since 2012 we have offered it as a service to everyone who needs the same.

How it all began

In 2008 we were a small electronics repair shop. Orders were few, plain MS Office files were enough for our records, and nothing troubled us.

Then the business grew: we opened several branches, built a website and launched advertising offline and online. Orders multiplied — and so did the problems, both in record keeping and in coordinating the staff. Management and paperwork turned into a mess.

That is when the idea appeared: we needed software that shows every working process at once and lets you manage it, instead of sorting out the consequences after the fact.

How WorkPan came to be

We decided to build a complete automation system for a service centre — one that shows the whole path of an order, from taking the request to handing the finished work back to the client.

Development started in 2011. The first version was released in March 2012 and was named WorkPan.

Within a few months the work of the service centre was fully automated. The average order value grew, processing time dropped, service quality rose, and technicians moved to piece-rate pay. The problems that had started all this were gone.

Once we were sure the system worked, we kept developing it and opened access under a SaaS model — so that other repair shops could use it too.

Today

WorkPan runs not only in our own service centre: the system is used across the CIS, and more than a thousand users run their business in it every day.

The team

The most valuable thing we have is the team. It is a young group with plenty of creative people and true professionals. It matters to us that work is more than employment: a person should see the result and be paid properly for it.
